How would one refer to a radio frequency identification chip (intradermal or injectable)that a human was made a recipient of? Is this classified as a surveillance device? and if this is an act committed upon another without the victims consent, does this become a violation of the victims rights, and a crime? How then is such a crime classified? Are the cyberlaw law books equipped to investigate and assess this crime? Lastly, is the public aware that their are victims of such a crime, and no one is responding to/for/against. Instead it's met with denial.

You do not need "cyberlaws", the existing ones for dealing with physical assaults on children or elderly invalids, unethical medical malpractice, unecessary surgery etc. etc. are already on the statute books.
